Heavy Duty Cardboard Tubes
All tubes are made to order and delivery is estimated at less than two weeks. If you need a size, thickness or a custom design then please don't hesitate to contact us to get a quote.
Here at Packaging Panda, we have fully recyclable postal tubes available. Each tube is made from 100% recycled material, has approximately 2mm wall thickness, and has 2 recyclable and reusable 10-12mm deep end caps made from white plastic. We also have end caps available separately which are designed for tubes for packaging.
This cardboard tubing collection has protective qualities. Our postal tubes come in Small, Medium, Large, and Very Large sizes, so you can choose the right size of postage tube for shipping your fragile documents.
TIP: Choose a tube that is at least 30mm bigger than the item you'll be shipping to allow enough space for the end caps and to make sure that your documents won't need to be rolled too tightly inside, to prevent creasing and damage. The standard size for tubes for packaging accepted in UK letter boxes is 254mm x 38mm (10 x 1.5 inches).

If you need extra strong tubes, then don't hesitate to contact us to get a quote. We can supply tubes in all lengths, widths and designs. If you need 2mm, 3mm or even stronger, we can quote you without any issues. We can also produce square and triangle tubes on request.
