Delivery charges vary by product — see rates below. Next day delivery available on most items ordered before 2pm.
Standard Delivery
2 working days from dispatch. Most orders dispatched same day if placed before 2pm, Monday–Friday.
Made-to-Order Items
Bespoke and custom products such as cardboard tubes and gift boxes may take up to 2 weeks.
UK Mainland
Standard rates apply to UK mainland. Surcharges apply for Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland.
Delivery Charges by Product
Delivery is charged based on the product with the highest shipping rate in your order. Orders over £150 (ex VAT) qualify for free UK mainland delivery.

If your order contains multiple products with different delivery charges, only the highest charge applies — you are never charged multiple delivery fees.
Regional Delivery Surcharges
Deliveries to certain areas of the UK incur additional surcharges due to increased courier costs. These are applied as a multiplier on top of the base delivery charge.

Example: An order with a £4.99 base delivery charge shipped to the Scottish Highlands would incur a delivery charge of £9.98 (£4.99 × 2). The free delivery threshold of £150 still applies — if your order exceeds £150, base delivery is free and no surcharge is applied.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch most standard orders within one working day if placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday). Most items arrive within two working days of dispatch.
For custom or made-to-order items, please note that lead times may be longer due to the nature of production. We will always keep you informed of any delays.

Returns & Refunds
All products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
