All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed, cancel, or amend your purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
5. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items may have extended lead times. Once confirmed, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is faulty or not as described.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch standard orders within two working days if placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Bespoke and bulk orders may take longer. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues or customs delays).
7. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This excludes bespoke or made-to-order products. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
