Constructed with a robust double-walled cardboard outer shell, these insulated boxes include two padded paper liners that serve as cushions, providing extra protection during transit. You can also buy our 500g coolant gel packs, designed to maintain a stable, chilled environment for up to 72 hours, ensuring your products arrive fresh and uncompromised. Combined with the coolant packs, our boxes will keep at 0°C-8°C for 48 hours. The paper liners not only insulate but also protect your goods from impact and movement within the box.
In addition to the complete chilled packaging kits, Packaging Panda offers the coolant gel packs separately. These gel packs are non-toxic, food-safe, and manufactured in the UK to ensure high quality and safety standards. Pre-filled and ready to use, simply freeze the gel packs before shipping. They are designed with a tough polyethylene outer casing that resists splitting, tearing, and punctures, offering reliable performance even during rough handling. While these gel packs are reusable, it's important to inspect them before each use, as their lifespan is finite. When disposal is necessary, the gel inside can be discarded in the sink, and the outer film is recyclable as LDPE 4.
